There is no such language as "Muslim". Muslims speak whatever language is dominant in their home countries, such as Arabic, Urdu, Bahasa Indones, Bengali, English, French, etc.
Arabic is considered the holy language of Islam, but only 20% of Muslims are Arabic-speakers and less than half of those can speak Proper Arabic - Fus-ha (فصحى). In Fus-ha, (assuming that the proper phrase is "I will always love you"), the way it will be written is (سأحبك دائماً) but is read different if "you" refers to a boy (Sa'ohebbak da'eman) or a girl (Sa'ohebbek da'eman).
A Muslim woman can ask a man to marry her whenever she wants but the man can always say No.

In Islam, a wish is called du'aa. At the end of a muslim's prayer we always make a du'aa. At the end of the wish (du'aa) you always say Ameen.
"I will always love you" is "Wǒ huì yǒngyuǎn ài nǐ" in Chinese.
