The literal translations would be: Khanukkah Same'akh" (חנוכה שמח) and Khag Khanukkah Same'akh (חג חנוכה שמח) -- where "khag" means "holiday".

However... except for the weekly Sabbath, In Hebrew, you usually do not mention the name of the holiday in greetings. So you would just say Happy Holiday, which is khag same'akh (חג שמח).. roughly translated as "joyous festival !".
