Well u cant just go up to a boy and say i love u that will make them think that u r weird. Try take it step by step see if he likes u to. In the corridor at school say hi to him if he smiles and says hi back that's a start (remember a fake smile does not reach to ur eyes) Then next try chat with him whenever u and him can go up to him and start a friendly convarsation, if he is intrested in the convorsation and carries on listening with him joining in then u can go onto step 3. Start meeting together something like dates (if the boy likes u he will ask u on a date don't say it is a date until he brings it up somehow) Then if u really get along ask him if u want to be more then friends, if he seems eager then say i love u but if he is not sure stick to friends and try later when u r best buds, if he says sure why maybe take it abit slower

1. if you know he has a strong feeling for you also, just say it. but choose a specific and suitable time, for e.g when you guys are alone and sober.
