犬小屋 (inu goya) is "dog house" or "kennel" in Japanese.
赤い犬 (akai inu) would mean "red dog" in Japanese.

"Outside" is "soto" (pronounced: soh-toh).
When the owner say "Dog you out" they want the dog to go outside, or out of the room that they are not supose to be in or the owner is in there and does not want the dog in that room. That is why the owner or someone will say "Dog you out"
In all truth, the word 'the' is left out in Japanese. In order to say 'the cat', you just say neko. As well as to say 'the dog' you just say inu.
