I'm not sure about Mescalero Apache, but it is "Hago" in Navajo which is very closely related to Apache and so the Apache word may be similar.

Does the Apache tribe use the word dine for the people also?

The Apache and Navajo both belong to the Southern Athabaskan Language Family. This does not mean this was one language, but more like a root language like Latin is for French, Spanish, Italian, Etc.They don't both use the exact word Diné. This is a Navajo word. There are six different Apache languages. In western Apache it is Ndee. The Mescalero Apache call themselves: Inday. The Lipan Apache say: Ndé.The Southern Athabaskan Languages or "Apachean" is spoken by Jicarillo Apache, Mescalero Apache, Navajo, Lipan Apache, Chiricahua Apache, and by some Kiowa, and others. All these words indeed mean "The People."

How do you say your not welcome here in apache language?

Note: This is Western Apache. Eastern Apache or other dialects of Apache may be different. For "You are not welcome here!" you can say either of the follwing:ne yaa' ta sai' pas (yaa' ta sai' literally means "you are welcome here", and is often used in a similar manner as the English word "Hello." The ne... pas negates the phrase which it surrounds.) {{If you have pronunciation difficulties, you could think of this as three words: "Neh Yatasay Pahs" Note: Pas, is close to the English word Pause, but more relaxed, almost as if you were trying to say "Pass"}}orne yaa' ta sai yaa' mas which means "You are never welcome here!" as in "You are not welcome here! Ever!"(See also my answer on "How do you say i love you in Apache?" , for a few other Apache words and pronunciation of Apache sounds.)--Chado2423

Where do you come first when you come last?

To answer "where do you come first when you come last?", I'd say the answer is you would be coming to "here", would be "here", and would stay "here" (wherever "here" is). Although some could say you are "there", in your view you would still be "here". So, "here" you are and "here" you will be! (That's what happens when you come last--you get to wait!)
