Cub Scouts may have extreme difficulty in pronouncing many native words, particularly those in the Comanche and Apache languages. Good luck with pronouncing these native greetings:
Cheyenne..............................pave-esheeva (good day); ne-toneto-mohta-he? (how are you?)
Comanche..............................marúawe (hello to one person); marúawebukwu (hello to 2 people); marúaweka (hello to a group).
Apache (White Mountain dialect).......dǫw'dęh (how are you?)
Lakota Sioux..........................tanyanyahi yelo (I am glad you came)
The first Cheyenne expression is said pah-vay-eh-shay-eh-v. with the final a whispered. The Lakota expression includes two nasalised "a" vowels indicated by the superscript n.

Sioux
The Omaha and Osage were stationary tribes and the Sioux, Comanche, and Blackfeet were nomadic tribes.
That would be totally subjective. If a tribe was fighting for their families, they would be unbelievably fierce. The Pequots were known to be fierce fighters. So were the Cheyenne, the Apache and the Commanches. There were thousands of tribes that, given the right time and circumstances, would have been called the fiercest fighters.
The residents of that community were Sioux, Cheyenne and Arapahoe.
Many of the Native American tribes of the Great Plains used tipis. (list of nomadic plains tribes from wikipedia: Blackfoot, Arapaho, Assiniboine, Cheyenne, Comanche, Crow, Gros Venture, Kiowa, Lakota, Lipan, Plains Apache (or Kiowa Apache), Plains Cree, Sarsi, Sioux, Shoshone, and Tonkawa.) They were the ideal shelter for the nomadic lifestyle of the Plains Tribes, as tipis are durable, portable, and can be dissassembled, moved and reconstructed quickly.
Native Americans/ Canadians that lived on the Great Plains, including such tribes as the Sioux, Crow, Arapaho, Comanche, and Cheyenne (and others) The shelter is a tipi or teepee.
Occasionally different Chinook groups would fight wars against each other, or against other Northwest Coastal tribes.
There are many, many Indian plains tribes. There are nations and tribes and clans within those nations. It would be impossible to list all of them. Some well known tribes are the Cheyenne, Northern and Southern, the Arapaho, DeSota, Cree, Osage, Sioux and their many clans, Crow and Mandan. Lesser known tribes would include Assiniboine, Arikara, and Oto.
I would say the Cheyenne and Arapaho the Sioux had many enemies like the crow and obijwaii
Inuit? Sioux? Apache .
