Hold your non-dominant hand out flat, so the fingers are straight and held together and your palm is facing upwards. With your dominant hand, curl all your fingers but your pointer and middle finger to your palm. Make a downwards V, kind of like legs. Now make a kicking motion. The middle finger is further out front and does the kicking.
