I'm not sure this is 100% correct, but "I miss you dear friend" is a'u ha'o 'oe aloha makamaka.

another variant of friend is hoa aloha. aloha is a word of many,many meanings; such as dear,love,mercy just to name a few. Like I said I'm not sure if it's structured 100% correctly, but I hope it helps.
