"Mendoukusai" or "Meiwaku" = irritating, annoying, troubelsome

It will be cathartic if you can express your annoyance analysis in detail. It's your own opinion. I live in NZ so it's not annoying but to others it's different so it may be annoying. I could say the same about some american accents.
