"Bine ai venit" for one person and you pronounce it something like "beene i veeneet" with the single 'e' like in 'ex' and the double 'ee' like in 'ship'. "Bine ati venit" for more than one person, however is harder to explain how to pronounce it , the best I could come with is "beene izz veeneet" with 'zz' like in "Pizza". Hope that helps.
