I am assuming you mean "what's up?" referring to an informal way of saying "hello"... our version of this would be "alright?"
I realise when you say "alright?" in the US you would probably get the reply "yeh, great!" (or similar) but here the other person would just respond with "alright?"
If you say "what's up" anywhere in England or indeed anywhere in Britain, your question would likely be met with the words "nothing... why do you ask?" :)
