Go to the iTunes Store then there should be something that says music with an arrow pointing down. Click that and a list should appear, one is Movies.
If searching in the iTunes store select the Movies/Films button at the top of the main iTunes store window to browse available movies or use the Search box in the top right corner to search for a specific title.
iTunes movies are stored in the same parent folder as the music. You can do a search for large files in the parent folder to track down your movies. Remember movies are huge in size and your songs are small.

If you downloaded the movie using iTunes, you can do this two ways: 1) Download iTunes on your computer, search for the movie, download it using iTunes (it will be free since you already purchased it), and sync it to your iPod. 2) Go to the other computer and download it to your iPod using iTunes by going to "Movies" and dragging the movie to your iPod under "Devices" (when it is plugged in)

Movies from iTunes are delivered in the H.264 format which is subset of the MPEG-4 format.
Unless you have moved anything the movies are stored in a folder called Movies in the iTunes Music folder which is in the iTunes folder which is in your Music folder. You can back up the movies in that folder onto a CD-R.
