When you order your iPod direct from Apple, select the iPod you want and the site will automatically take you to the Add Engraving page. Type in your text and click the green button that says "Add Engraving".
In iTunes, where your iTouch shows up under Devices, right click (ctrl-click for Mac) on it and select renaim, type in what name you want and click anywhere else on the window. What might also work instead of right clicking is to click slowly twice, which renames stuff for PC's.

Yes. From the Menu Bar, select File->Add file to library. Find the file, select it, and it should appear under "Movies". Make sure your iPod supports video, and select "sync" from the ipod to add it to the ipod. If you manually sync the files, drag it onto the ipod.
First, connect the iPod to your computer. Then once the iPod screen comes up, click on the Photos tab. Be sure to know the name of the photo folder on your computer that you want to put on your iPod. Select the folder and it will sync onto your iPod
Simply hook your iPod up to iTunes, and select restore from the iPod menu.
In the left column of itunes, select your ipod (under devices), select the photos tab, check the box next to "sync photos from _____", and select the folder from the drop down menu. I'd recommend creating a folder called "ipod photos", because you can only select one folder at a time.
You can backup your old iPod on your computer, then plug your new iPod and it will ask you which backup to use on your new iPod and you select your choice!!!

Get a Zune, or, you can put your iPod in disk mode and put songs on it through Windows Explorer. To do this, open iTunes and and connect iPod. Then hit, enable disk mode. Hit ok. Then, go to "My Computer" and there should be an icon with the name of your iPod. Drag your music from iTunes to the Windows Explorer Window with the iPod. In the taskbar, select remove hardware safely and select iPod. When it says ok to disconnect, disconnect your iPod. Plug the iPod into the destination computer computer and open "My Computer". Once again, there should be an icon saying your iPod's name. Select that. All the selected music should be there, and now just drag and drop it into a folder on the destination computer.
