The warranty information of the Brahma.co website states:
"In the unlikely event of a quality problem caused by an unjustified material or workmanship defect, we will promptly repair your product at our expense or replace it if it cannot be repaired. All we require is that you return the footwear with the sales slip proof of purchase to the store where you made your purchase and the store attendant will take care of your claim within a reasonable period of time."
In other words, you must deal with the store where the boots were purchased. They give NO mailing address or customer service phone number on their website.
In addition: "If you bought your product on our online store Brahma.co, you must send it to the sender address with a letter explaining the reason for the change."
If you purchased the boots online, you must contact that online company. The "sender address" must be a return address on the package or packing slip because their website has no such information.
I would bring my concern (complaint) to the attention of the manager on duty at the store level. If my complaint was dealt with in a respectful manner I would send a letter of appreciation to the corporate office. If however I was not satisfied with the discussion with the manager on duty I would write the corporate office with the details of the complaint and the response of the manager.

You can send a complaint letter to your bank if you feel you have received bad service or something was handled wrong. it is best to contact the bank's headquarters to make sure it is taken care of promptly.

You would start by sending your complaint to the governing body such as the mayor, city council, board of selectpersons, city manager, etc. If there is a specific commission that governs the subject area of your complaint, such as the license commission or assessor's office then send a copy to the head of that body as well.
