If you want to send a message to Stardoll's employees about a problem you have encountered, or anything similar, you can go to 'help' and scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find a few pages like advertise with us and parents place. There is also one called 'contact us'. When you click on that, you can send a message or report of any kind.
