In Photo Booth click on the movie's thumbnail image displayed across the bottom of the window and drag it out of the window onto the Desktop. Alternatively Select the thumbnail in Photo Booth, press the Command key (cmd) and R key to Reveal where the movie is stored in the Photo Booth folder within the Pictures folder.
