Credit is extended and assigned to a specific telephone number. Assuming this question is directed towards mobile phones, both phones would need to be taken to the vendor for this procedure.
that answer up there sucks
There is no way to send credit on a pay-as-you-go (PAYG) phone to another PAYG phone once the credit has been applied to a PAYG account.
There are two ways, however, to give people phone credit.
The first is by giving them the money (in cash, by PayPal, by check, etc.) and having them buy PAYG credit with the gift.
The other way to give PAYG credit is to buy a charge-up card for the particular telephone carrier on which the recipient's PAYG phone is on. Once bought, anyone can apply the credit to any account so long as they have the phone number of the account.
Yeah, but only one specific providers. Go research them up.
its telstra
Yeah, you can. Just go to a mobile store and they should give you a code. If they don't, im sure there's another way. Anyway- Good luck!
I doubt you can. Credit is normally non-transferable - you would have to send the money to the other person and let them apply the credit to their phone.
You will have to buy separate credit for the other phone. Carriers do not transfer minutes to other parties.
yes
One cannot send credit from a Telstra phone. Once a phone has been credited minutes, those minutes may only be used with that phone. If one wants to send credit to friends or family, one may do the following: * Buy a top-up (recharge, minutes) card for the telephone company that issued the phone that you want to send credit to. You may then either send/give the card to that phone owner or, if you know the phone number, you can call the toll-free number needed to apply the credit that you bought * Send/give the friend/family money and have them convert the gift to credit * If one's Telstra phone handles apps, use a PayPal or other reputable payments service to send money to the friend/family
