Find the air screw and the gas screw on the carburetor. Turn then until they reach bottom. Then, turn the gas screw one and a half turning out. Next, turn the air screw about two and a hald turns out. Start the bike. If the idling is normal nowthing more needs to be done. If the bike idles badly then adjust both screws with half turn intervals back and forth until you get a normal idling speed.
