The way on how to set the clock in your car, would depend on the tyoe of clock/radio in it. My first suggestion: check and see if it is the original clock/radio installed. If it is the "factory stock"(the clock/radio that it had when first built, sold, etc.), would be to check the owner's manual. On later models there will be a pair of arrow buttons labeled "Audio" that you can use to set the hours and minutes separately. Simply hold each one until the time begins to change. If, however, it has been replaced by a different clock/radio system, you are going to have to look up the kind installed into it. For better or futher advice, contact your nearest auto part/repair store. If you need a clock that bad...buy a watch!

Use the set buttons.
You hold the "rcl" button in and use the "seek/scan button for hours and minutes.
Turn off the radio and press the clock button. Use the adj dial to adjust the hour, press the clock button again to adjust minutes.
Hold set button, Push seek for hours, push scan for minutes.
Turn the ignition key to the on position. Turn the radio off and press the set button. Set the hour and minutes using the seek buttons.
Power off raido, press the set button, use the seek and scan buttons.

Press the set button one time. Then to set the hour you press the seek back button to adjust. For the minutes side, you would press seek forward. Then when done press Set again.
You gently pull out the seek button to change the hours and then gently pull out the scan button to change the minutes.
