Turn the radio on.
Press SET button. This puts the radio in (Program) mode.
Press SEL button. This puts the radio in (Set Hours) mode.
Press TUNE button up or down to adjust hours.
Press SEL button. This puts the radio in (Set Minutes) mode.
Press TUNE button up or down to adjust minutes.
Press SEL button again to return to normal mode.
Pressing the SEL button after this changes the display to (Radio Frequency) display or (Time) display.
Start engine, unplug coolant sensor, set to 12 btdc

Use the set buttons.

To the right of the clock face should be two buttons, one labeled H and one labeled M. Use a pen to push the H button for the hour and the M button for the minute.
My 2000 Dodge Durango , my clock does not have the h or the m for setting the clock! any suggestions on how to set the clock????? Turn radio on, press set, press sel, now seek should change time.
You can set the clock, on your 2005 Dodge ram, by holding in the volume button. Turning the tuning knob as the volume button is held in. The time will advance with the tuning knob.
