Don't know if this will help, but on my 99 SC2 I have to turn off the stereo power knob until it clicks, then press it in and use the scan/seek buttons to set the time. Try experimenting with different stereo controls while the power knob is off. you'll find the one(s) that change the time.
If i knew the answer i wouldn't have asked the question.
To set the clock on a Saturn Vue, hold down the RCL button which should be located at the top right panel of the radio. Then you can press down either the right or left Seek buttons to change the time.
Could be a number of things from a bad sensor (although would probably also set off a check engine light) could be a clogged exhaust. Could be a lot of things.
Press the set button then within 10 seconds use the seek and scan buttons to set the time.
If it's an S-Series, hold down the RCL button and push the tune up button to set the hour and the tune down button to set the minutes.
