The serpentine belt has an easy adjustment. Loosen the nut holding the tensioner wheel and turn the adjusting screw until proper belt tension is achieved. Tighten tensioner wheel nut.
Remove the wiring harness from the washer pump. Remove the washer pump hose. Remove the washer pump retaining screws. Reverse the process to install the new windshield washer pump.

Any brand washer fluid will work.
It is attached to the bottom of the washer reservoir. It shold be at the bottom ro near the bottom of the window wasehr fluid container. It is relatively small - there is a wire coming out of it. Follow the hose(s) coming out of the container - or work backwards form the window sprayer and follow the little hose.
Use the spacers to change the pulley configuration. The alternator pulley halves separates when you remove the large retaining nut at the center. More spacers between the pulley halves loosens the belt. Fewer spacers between the pulley halves TIGHTEN the belt. Keep the extra spacers under the large washer so you'll have them to adjust the NEXT belt.
Don't remove the reservoir. You can wiggle the pump and it will come out of the reservor. You may have to remove some of the cowling underneath the car to have access to it.
Sure...just as soon as you ask about a windshield washer pump....what the heck is a winchill washer pump?
I personally have always heard it used as "spacer," but it could be anything, a grommet, bushing, washer, tubing, nut, anything.
It's located on the washer bottle which is located behind the passenger headlight. You can get to the pump by dropping the splash shield on the right front (passenger side)of the bumper. You'll see it connected to the washer bottle. It'll have a factor plug connected to it. just unplug that and then pull out on the pump. It's only held in with a rubber O ring. Be careful not to get a face full of washer fluid. Last time I checked the pump cost 15 bucks from the dealer.
