There is a wire harness under the cup holders, cut the black tape but be careful not to cut any wires. Now the important part here is you'll need to install a toggle switch or you'll get a check engine light. Once you have your switch all wired and ready you're going to want to cut the white wire with a black stripe, this will disable your governor. Wire the toggle switch and make sure to keep your governor switch on at all times except for when you want to go over 106 mph, or like I said before you'll get an annoying check engine light.
