There could be a couple of reasons why a windshield water pump won't spray. There could be a clog or the pump has went out.

It is on the bottom of the washer bottle.
Leaks can be hard to find. Turn a water hose toward the vehicle while some one is inside. Spray around the doors windows and the windshield and back glass. The leak should be visible and then it can be determined how to repair it.

The water pump is driven by the timing belts if you take your timing belt cover off and look between the 2 center camshaft gears you will see the water pump!
If you were in a wreck you could have damaged your washer fluid reservoir or hoses leading to the spray nozzles. Slightly fill your reservoir with water and observe for leaks.
a simple way is to spray it with the water first and other way it to um wipe it with grees srry if your a girl that said this
check you water (coolant) level, make sure thermostat is working, radiator leaks, sensor problem
