1. Open fuel shutoff valve.
2. Set choke to Full.
3. Set speed selector to Fast.
4. Depress primer bulb 3 times.
5. Turn key to On.
6. Pull starter cord slowly until resistance is felt, pull vigorously to start.
**6a. If you have the electric start it would be at this point you plug in the extension cord and press the starter button.
7. Once engine is started set choke to 3/4, then 1/2 then none as the engine warms up. If it sputters return to previous setting.
**If engine doesn't start after 3 pulls on step 6, depress the primer 3 more times and try to start again. Repeat as necessary being careful not to flood the machine.

Plug is Champion RJ18Y. Gap is 0.035 This is on page 12, in maintenance section of Toro S200 Snowthrower operators manual. Checked at local Advance Auto Parts store here in upstate NY (south of Rochester) and they cross referenced this plug and said to use Autolite # 86, Price $1.69 + tx
