I am not sure if I understand the question. If you want to take a course that is not offered by your college, but may be offered at another college and use it as an elective, then you must get permission to take that course at the other school. It is usually handled buy the registrar's office, but if not they can appropriately direct you. Ask for a visiting student form. Also make sure the college you are attending will transfer the credit back.
You need to take a class and it is not available online. It is however, available at your local community college so try to sign up for the next class being offered.
I would recommend you check out the classes that are being offered through your local community college, they will offer some in class accouanting classes but may also have some online classes.

Most stores that sell ceramics supplies also offer classes or would be able to tell you where a class is being offered. Community organizations for the arts may offer ceramics classes. Any college or university that offers an Art degree would have a ceramics class. Even if you don't want to take a class for college credit, they may offer classes for the community.
