ensure there is diesel in the car.
Turn on ignition but don't start the engine yet. Watch dashboard and look for a small light (not ignition light) look for a heater plug light. When this goes off then turn ignition full turn and engine should start.
Yes it is possible to push start a diesel engine vehicle.
they can both start a car
Yes, you can start diesel engine even if you don't have battery in!
JUST PUT DIESEL IN IT! thats a stupid question if i ever heard one. the answer is in the question.
Yes
Yes if your tank is empty but not if it has some diesel in it, But not if your car runs on gasoline.
glow plugs
Like any other car The starter turns the crankshaft and that gets all the other stuff working to have the car start.
no it would make the car break down
If the car is a Diesel there is 30 amp open fuse on the firewall
not much, it just makes it harder to start when the engine is warm. but diesel in a petrol car...do not start or it wil destroy it
The diesel battery is bigger as it take a lot more to get a diesel engine going. Best bet is to charge the diesel battery using the petrol, connect the 2 and leave the petrol engine running.
