It is very important to first and foremost study the Demographics of the area you are wanting to put your facility. Looking at all current inpatient, outpatient, partial services. Also taking into consideration adolescent, adult and geriatric services. (which one is needed) Getting your investors, the right location, building and physicians are key. Develop a business plan.
