you cant start a webshow without the internet unless you mean, a web show means a show that is on the web. unless of course you mean not having a live web show and making a show then posting it on the internet. This is how that is possible 1.) Plan out you show. 2.) Record the show make sure its good, and not to stupid. 3.) Hook up the camerea to your computer. 4.) Use whatever publishing device you want. 5.) Download it to YouTube, or your own site. If you want your own site i suggest you visit www.yolasite.com because there you can get a free page, but if i was you id also post the vids on youtube to become more popular.
