PMD Red and Blue do not have Munchlax as a starter.

Instead there are

Chikorita,Tododile, Cyndaquil, Charmander, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Mudkip, Treecko, Torchic, Psyduck, Pikachu, Meowth, Cubone, Machop, Skitty, and Eevee
