yes it does. It does because, for example, if it is regular bullying, you can tell who the person is, so than you can report him immediately. But if it's cyber bullying, you cant tell who it is, which makes it all right for them to keep bullying you. one time, tis guy black mailed this guys page, and then he hacked it, yet no one knew who it was. so that's why cyber bullying has a bigger impact than reg. bullying unfortunately, this is true. many of the "populars" "preppies" "jocks" or even just plain "bullies" think that they're untouchable on the computer, but it can almost alwyas be traced back to the culprit. Since Teens, Kids, and students alike use the computer for many more things now AKA to stay in touch with friends, write reports, research easily ect., we rely on computers much more now, and thus when Cyber Bullying occurs we no longer feel "safe" on the computer, and this sometimes leads to worse mental side affects, because on the computer we cannot see the Bully's face, cannot hear their voice, and when it is written for all the world to see it is much harder to ignore than if only a handful of people heard it.

Okay so if a bully is well bullying you just turn away you're much stronger if you turn away or if the bully thinks he or she wants a fight then consult the nearest teacher or assistant and if the bully is pushing you around and making you sad tell your principal or if you don't feel like talking then write a letter and put it on your teacher's desk but really if you're a nice kid and just stay away then you will be fine
