Hmmm... - I've never heard of this one - what year are we talking about? Have you tried re-setting the clock to see if it will take the input of the correct time? And - are we talking about a clock in the dash, or a clock on the radio dial?

There is no back light for the clock. The clock numbers are actually LED's - there is no way to replace them - the entire clock will have to be replaced.
