How do you stop a dog urinating on outdoor hard surfaces paving etc?
I've never dealt with a case like this one, but I would say to watch the dog while he/she is outside, as soon as you see the dog about to urinate on the surface correct him right away. When you correct the dog just give him like a tap on the neck to get his attention. When you notice the dog backing away give him positive reinforcement, like a treat etc. Good luck!
In hard disk, data is stored on both the surfaces of each disk except the upper surface of the top plate and the lower surface of the bottom plate. It means, a disk pack containing 10 disk plates will have 18 recording surfaces out of 20 surfaces available. In this way, data or information is stored in hard disk.
There is a two minute video by a vet on www.dog-pain-relief.org, where the vet talks about joint health. To repeat what he says in the video, the vet talks about dog's having more sprains and developing arthritis more by playing on slippery surfaces like laminate wood flooring, and hard floors. He talks about dogs playing on shaggy carpets and thicker carpets that have less impact on their joints. Hope this helps.
No, rabbits can't live on concrete. Concrete is too hard for a rabbit's feet, in the long term. Rabbits don't have pads on their feet to protect them from hard surfaces. Rabbits naturally spend their time on grass and dirt and other soft surfaces. Rabbits that spend too much time on hard surfaces like concrete suffer from sore hocks (injuries on their heels).
What factor determines the strength of the friction force when two surfaces slide agaisnt each other?

a pressure cleaner .. aka a gernee! A power washer is mostly used to clean asphalt and other outdoor hard surfaces, including concrete. If something doesn't come off, just use a regular putty knife or any other kind of scraping knife to scrape something off that won't come off with the power washer.
