well if it is for an oral or somthing just practise it over and over again and maybe do it in front of like 1 person and then 10 and 20 and see how you feel after that but other then that i don't know
well i have sang in front of an audience by my-self 2 times but i sang wit 1 or more people in front of an audience which really made me comfterable but anyways just thank you are at home in your own room singing to ypur self if you want to close your eyes while you are doing what ever in front of that audience but its ok to be nervous and to shake your legs or what ever when your nervous but just thank of you at home singing,dancing, or what ever and see if that works

just think of them as any other person. take deep breathes and act yourself.
they are no better than you are, they are just an ordinary person. so just say hi, or give them a wave and stay calm.

Well First of all, you spelled Nervous wrong. and if you don't want to be nervous in the first place you should study and make sure you have nothing to be nervous about.

just be honest, save yourself a lot of time.
Just relax and imagine your coach, the other team, and the audience are in their underpants. Trust me i am in a lot of sports, that is what i do.
