Water is healthy for you, so there is really no reason to want to stop drinking it. If you wanted to stop craving it, i would eat less things that make you thirsty, like salt.

A person suffer stress or medical distress can remember how he or she felt while drinking and crave a drink. All without connecting the idea in their conscious mind.

Drink lots and lots of water When you have a craving for something that would ruin a diet, drink a glass of water and eat a handful or nuts(i suggest marcona almonds, they are delicious). This will hopefully get rid of your craving. Eat the right proportions of means. a palm size piece of meat of fish to two or three palms of vegetables.
