Ah, that's a tough question. Usually, time will make things better, although it's hard while you're waiting. You can always try to distract yourself - look at some fun things on the internet play Video Games, jump up and down to some noisy music. Or try a change of scene - go out with your friends - go shopping, go to the movies, go for ice cream, go to their houses. But don't dwell on the break up - tell your friends you want to be distracted and they're to tell you off if you start talking about it, and they have to pinch you if you start looking sad. And before you know it, you'll be ok again.
