You can block them by clicking on the "block [username]" link found on users profile pages. Twitter well then show you 2 buttons asking you to confirm that you really mean to block this person from following you.

∙ 11y agoYou can get tweets from a User A that you're not following if another User B that you follow retweets User A's tweet.
To stop getting tweets by User A that have been retweeted by User B, unfollow User B.
You can also turn off retweets for a specific user if you don't like what they share. Select Turn off Retweets from the person icon drop down on a user's profile to stop seeing Tweets they've retweeted.
