go to the doctor.. Its very important to see a dermatologist and do all the necessary tests to find out the real cause of the hair loss. It might be a vitamin deficiency due to improper diet, an illness, stress, or maybe even a genetic problem. There are many things nowadays that can delay the hair loss process or possibly even stopping it. Take multivitamins, I would recommend taking hairomega 3 in 1, it has all the necessary vitamins your body needs to produce healthy thick hair. Drink lots of water, dont over style your hair or use too many hot tools as this can damage your hair even more and it will start to break off, dont use too many hair products on your scalp as this can cause your pores to clog and dissappear and the hair loss will then be permanent. Be very gentle when you brush it dont cause tension, and dont put your hair in a tight ponytail and dont brush it when its still wet. Don't stress over your hair loss cause it will make it worse. Just do everything you can to keep your hair healthy. I went to school for Cosmetology and have learned all these things, and am also going through hair loss and have seen some good results just by following these tips. Hope i helped :)
