You use the blue puffle and then throw a snowball while the robot is digging money out of the bank then, the robot will go upstairs you follow it. It will be hold up a tv hit the robot in the eyes with the blue puffle. After that take out your black puffle and use it on the robot's wheel. Hope this helps!
