Learn how to dominate you dog. You are the Pack Leader and what you say goes. He is not allowed to dominate other dogs under your leadership. Go to a local obedience class, take lots of structured walks on a choke chain and lead, never off lead. Make your dog work for everything he gets, such as he must "sit" on command before he is allowed to eat his food, etc. Most important neuter your dog if you have not already. He will live a much longer and happier life if you do, as you will cut down his risk of cancer such as prostate cancer, perianal tumors, testicular cancer, etc. I also recommend you watch The Dog Whisperer for good advice.

∙ 11y agoI am currently going through a divorce and had to move back home with my parents. They have a 4 year old black lab who recently bit my 2 year old son on the face very close to his eye and he now has a scar.I wanted them to get rid of the dog but they said hes always a calm dog and it was my sons fault for being to rough with him(he was covering the dog with blankets and sitting on him). So they said to keep them separated.. He just bit him again on the arm for flying his little superman on his back. I'm unable to move back out at this time. So what can I do, they won't get rid of him!
