Their should be a pull start, or an electric start on the handle
Turn the gas on, pull the choke out and kick it.
if it is electric start only yes, but if it has a kick/pull start u don't even need a battery
Turn the fuel selector to On, with key in the ignition and bike in neutral, fully extend the choke. Pull the throttle back and press the electric starter button.
you pull like in a mower
Hold left brake handle and press the green button on right handle bar. Or you could just turn key and pull start it
Pull the ignition module cover. Horn side of the bike.
I'm going to assume you are talking about a pocket bike that has a non-functioning pull starter? If so, you have a problem, since most such machines have centrifugal clutches that don't engage unless the engine is turning faster than a pretty good rpm, so they can't be push started. New pull start assemblies are pretty easy to find on the Internet for quite reasonable prices, and are simple to install. Do a little research and you should be able to find one.
it depends because if it's a kick start you turn your choke then kick the start and if you got a pull start the you turn the choke and pull it a few times. :P
By replacing the old one with a new one. Do so carefully by removing the starter from the engine first.
sit on it and turn the srew . when it feels like its about to go faster or pull hardest that's it
put they key in, turn it, pump the kicker, and pull the throtle,
