The switch will depend on the alternators and car wiring. The switch could require removing an external regulator as well. You will need a wiring diagram of the vehicle wiring to decide which wires to change.

You cannot wire a single pole switch and 3 way switch together.

A switch is inserted in series with a single wire. When the switch is on, it is as if the wire had not been opened to insert the switch. When the switch is off the wire is open and no current can flow. All a double pole switch does is allows you to switch two separate wires at the same time with the same switch action. A single pole switch just switches one wire.
The two bulbs will be wired in parallel with each other. The switch will be wired into the circuit upstream of the bulbs.
If you are adding the pull chain to an existing fixture then the pull chain switch should have two wires. Wire nut either one to the hot wire coming in and the other to the black wire of the fixture.
There is abolt on the bottom of the alternator that holds the alternator to the engine. There is another bolt and bracket on the top that adjusts the belt tension. There is a ground wire, power wire from the starter and a wire that connects to the dash light. There are also one or two belts depending on the year and model of the car.

You need two separate switches. You can get two switches that are in the same form factor as a single switch (2 gang switch). You use one switch for the outlet and the other for the light. You switch the black wires which are "hot".
The two way switches work in pairs. We find most of them in our houses where the light bulb can be operated by two switches each at the far end to the other. Each switch consists of three terminals two of which are connected. When one switch is open and the other is closed then the bulb glows and viceversa
On a dodge alternator the two small wires go to the voltage regulator . It doesn't matter which wire goes where, but the red or blue wire needs 12 volts when the key is on. The green wire goes directly to the regulator from the alternator. The large wire goes to the battery and it is important that you don't undersize this wire. The other wire is a ground wire and can be grounded to the block or not used as the case is grounded by the bolts that hold it on.
