On your computer, click start, then do whatever to get to your music. Play a song, then at the above tab, click library. From there, go to sync and plug in your device then drag the songs you want into the space.
You have to sync your I-pod touch to the computer.
Connect your iPhone/Pod to your computer/laptop, open iTunes and sync your iPhone/Pod. The apps will then appear in your "applications" tab of iTunes.
If you don't have the music you put on it you will need to get a program to DL the music off of the Pod so you can put it back on. Once you have the music you just sync it like usual.

You need to create an iTune match library to synch music on to your iPhone 5s from the dell laptop.
You can sync music to it via the USB cable that came with it and iTunes on your computer if you have one
Download I-tunes. Go To I-tunes Store. Look Up The Songs Or Albums You Want In The Search Box On The I-tunes Store. Then Just Buy It With Your Debit Or Credit Card. It Will Immediately Go Onto Your I-pod I-tunes. Then Connect The I-pod To Your Computer With The USB Cable. And It Will Pop Up On The Left Side I-pod, Or Your Name The I-pod Is Under. Click It, Then Click Sync And Wait. All Your Music Will Be On Your I-pod. Just Know.. That If Your Music You Have On It Already Is Not On Your I-tunes, When You Go To Sync It Will Delete Every Song That's Not On Your I-tunes. So, The Music You Have Now Will Erase.
Well what I did was I went to devices, then checked manually manage music and videos and then dragged songs to devices and then it syncs!
first u plug in your i-pod, then u click and drag your songs into list below .

Go into iTunes and click on your device. Then there will be a tab that says music and check Sync All and then click sync at the bottom :)
