Once what you want to take a screen capture of what is on the screen hit the print screen key on your keyboard. This will transfer the screen capture into memory. (Note that holding alt and striking print screen will take a capture of the active window only.)
Open a graphics editor such as paint and press paste to put the image into the graphics editor. (Paint is located in start/programs/accessories.)

No sadly you cant but you can take screen captures ( press and hod the lock button while you press the circle button with a square on it im not sure what its called ) to take a picture of your screen then you can find that picture in your photos app under saved photos. hope this helps :)

I own a 2008 es350, so I for sure this works for 2007-2010 es350. At the bottom of your nav screen,there is a little panel with the Lexus logo on it,using your thumb nail,for the bottom push up, the panel will come off.Push menu botton, then push the on screen map DVD prompt, upper right corner. then push DVD eject prompt on the screen, lower left corner. the DVD will slide out of a small slot. You should be able to take it from there.
