the carburetor or the fuel pump this takes place in the intake manifold
The carb is located right below the seat and only held in place by the air intake and the manifold.
TBI stands for: Throttle body injection. That is what took place of the carburetor and it's mounted on the top center of the engine under the air cleaner on the intake manifold. It looks like a carburetor but it's not, it has 2 fuel injectors in the top of it.
no efi stands for electronic fuel injection which takes the place of a carburetor

If it's fuel related it's on the right side of your carburetor held in place by 3 screws & avacuum line.
The fuel filter is in the carburetor. if you're facing the engine, hood up, remove the air filter assembly. There's a large bolt in the lower right position of the front of the carburetor a little bit above the carburetor plate. You have to unscrew this bolt to get out the fuel filter. CAUTION: When I did it, the bolt was in cockeyed and it stripped out and cracked the carburetor. I had to jb weld the carb, and jb weld the bolt back in place with no fuel filter replacement. Then I had to run a hose with a removable fuel filter from the fuel pump to the carburetor. Now I can see the fuel filter and replace it readily.
Remove the old oil sending unit that is screwed into the top of the engine block right behind the distributor and install your oil line in it's place.
It's called a primer bulb, ebay is a good place to start looking. :)
Seat screws (Do not over tighten) then back out 1 1/2 turns (good starting place) then adjust 1/4 of turn until you get the best idle
sure you can, you just need to get a 4 bbl. intake manifold for the 318-340 engine, edelbrock makes them and summit racing or jegs sells them.
Need picture of carburetor vacuum connections and what they connect to
