OK if you reach in behind the fog light under the bumper you will feel a heavy bracket somewhere on it (bottom Center) there will be a nut and bolt you can feel. I believe its 5/8" if I remember correctly. At any rate remove the nut and you should be able to push and wiggle the whole fog light assembly out the front of the bumper. Once you have the assembly out it should be hanging by 2 wires... ignore them for now. At the top of the light assembly you should see a metal tab push up gently on this and the back of the light will pivot off. You can now disconnect the 2 wires. One is a simple slip fitting its off to the side. To remove the other wire you need to squeeze the two parts of the clip like thing (small diameter wire like a paper clip) to wards the centre the clip will pop open and you should be able to simply pull the bubs housing right out. This will let you access the bulb to change it if it is burnt out. You cannot take the fog light any more apart then that. the glass is held to the metal reflector with epoxy. I don't know why Ford did that. At any rate if its removing the glass your after there's about a 50% chance that it will just fall off as the bond tends to fail over time due to the differential thermal expansion of glass and steel and the loss of elasticity in the epoxy due to age.
