Two screws at the top of the dash, both sides of the plastic facier. Now drop the steering wheel,and pull out the surround. Now there is four screws holding the dash in. One in each corner, unscrew these and the dsh will just pull out..DONE...

If youre referring to the dashboard cluster, theres two screws in the top of the cowl housing on top, remove the bezel and remove the 4 screws holding in the instrument cluster.
You can find it on the back of the radio (you have to take it out of the dashboard) or go to any Mitsubishi dealer and they will tell you.

The 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier dashboard is held on with retaining clips. There are 12 retaining clips. Pry up on each retaining clip to remove the dashboard.
