By taking it to a mechanic. Let them deal with pulling the dash apart and if anything breaks, it's on them.
you need to pull the dash apart and take the cluster out and the bulbs just twist out
you may need to pull apart the dash and re-seat the the cluster into the connectors
its a very tiny bulb, you can get them from authorized Mercedes Benz dealer its cheap or go to used car parts and get them.

first, disconnect the negative terminal on the battery, you will have to pull of the front of the dash first, then you will see four bolts on the cluster, one in each corner. remove those and the cluster will slide right out. unplug the harness connected to the top of the cluster. the cluster will then basically pull apart from there.
