Goo-Gone.
Boil a pot of water on a stove (but not to hot, it could ruin the cardboard). The steam from the boiling water should be able to moisten the adhesive. Then, take your nail and SLOWLY peel the adhesive, but test it on a corner first. Finish up and then clean any other minor residues (assuming that it is a project)
you take them off and let them air out ;)
You can try to bleach them to take away the color
you can't but you can get a permanent maker and color the bleach stains
I put them in the washer:) This might take away the yellow. I've done this when mine get yellow.
Take a sponge, wet it, wring it out, wipe it on your cell phone. This also works on wall paper! :)
It is probably adhesive from the back of the sticker. Nail polish remover should take it off.
Take off the sticker.
Vinyl signs are more easily removed from windows when they are heated. Take a hair dryer to them for a short period of time, making sure not to heat them too much. Once they are heated, the adhesive will be looser and easier to remove. Take a razor or something thin and sharp to the edges of the sticker and start to slowly work it underneath the vinyl. Once the vinyl sticker is removed, clean the remaining residue from the window.
No.

Yes, you should always take off the sticker for mainly anything, except for things like a DS unless you know you are never going to sell it. ;)
