The idle control solonoid is probably dirty. Take it off of the throtle body and clean it.
you cant, you will have to drill new holes, and place the straps there. for safety reason's you can not take the old bolts out

I don't believe so... a 93 Dynasty being that old, fuel lines can rust and rust on them can create leaks... All a Fuel Line is, is just a steel hose that the fuel run through... I suppose it is possible to get one that is defective meaning that it might have a small hole in it, or that it wouldn't take much to make a hole in it.

yhe fuel pump in a 2000 dodge stratus is under the fuel tank. in order to change it u will need to take down the tank.
in front of rear passenger wheel circuler silver cannister with one bolt and two fuel lines connected to it. take off bolt slide off. take hoses off make sure to remember wich hose goes where. then put back together
behind the glove box to the left if your facing the windshield. I had to drop the glove box door out of the way, take the plastic stuff off on the inside . there are 2 flashers on my 1990 one for left / right
